Most questions can be answered by the Sales Consultant.  This would include questions about selling, the community, normal building questions, and typical mortgage questions and scenarios.

However, there are certain questions that cannot be answered.  See the below list for some examples.

1) Questions about the Ethnic breakdown of the community.
2) Questions about which home buyers have children.
3) Questions about how much an individual purchased a home for.
4) Specifics about future equity growth.
5) Future plans of land development outside of the community.
6) Exact date that your home will be complete, unless it is almost finished.
