Is My Sales Consultant Good?
- What is their follow-up system after you purchase? Do they really do it?
- How quickly do they respond with answers to your questions?
- Do they listen to your needs?
- Are they positive or negative?
- Do they have a good relationship with their home builder?
- Are they easy to reach when you need them?
- How soon do they return phone calls and emails?
- Are they in the office?
- Do the majority of their other homebuyers seem to like them?
- Are they Enthusiastic about their job and do they smile?
